I was in an accident but I am not the type of person who likes to sue. Should I make a claim?

Most people are 'not the type to sue'.  But remember that being in an accident causes you injury - it affects your health, your work, and your abililty to do things with friends and family.  The money you get when you make a claim is not meant to be a gift, but rather is to help return you to the position you were in before the accident.  Maryland law gives accident victims the right to recover their losses.  So making a claim does not mean you like to sue or that you are taking advantage of the system.  It just means that you are doing what the law allows you to do to recover what you are legally entitled to receive.
